ILA’s residential services,
service coordination, and training services consistently receive
accolades from service recipients, their families, and regulatory

ILA provides exceptional residential
services to nearly 200 developmentally disabled adults. We offer
quality care to ensure that our most challenged citizens live in
the safest environment possible and realize their potential at the
highest attainable level.
ILA offers service
coordination for over 90 individuals and their families. Our
professional staff works with consumers and their families to carefully
select the life choice option best suited to the individual’s
needs. We operate 15 Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF) and 7 Individualized
Residential Alternatives (IRA) located in Brooklyn, Staten Island
and Manhattan.
ILA’s operates the ILA
Training Institute, which delivers on- and off-site training
services at reasonable rates for thousands of service professionals
from agencies throughout New York City. Certified instructors conduct
all training programs.
